Dear wedding guests (all on BCC), hope you are looking forward to Vera and Conor's wedding in August as much as we are - our names are Joel and Jacob and we have the honor of being your toastmasters! Our role is to facilitate the practicalities of the wedding program both before and during the wedding days, as well as to be the dinner toastmasters at the day of the wedding.

On the note of practicalities, we wish to provide you with some information for the wedding, most notably regarding RSVP, which you will find provided below.

Vera and Conor have set up a website (see link below) which contains the information included in this e-mail as well as everything else you need to know regarding time plans for the different days, dress codes, accommodation and travel, and more. RSVP - confirm your attendance by 26th of February

You confirm your attendance to the wedding by filling out a form on the website (see link below) where you enter your name, logistics information, and dietary restrictions that we need to consider.

It is preferable if the form can be filled out for each guest (i.e. not filling in the form for several people at once, but one at a time), so that we can see the dietary restrictions per guest.

Notify interest in making a speech/other performance by 31st of May

As toastmasters, we (Joel and Jacob) will handle all requests for making speeches/other performances during the wedding. Interest is notified by filling out another form on the website (yes, we do love forms!). Link is provided below.

To all those with children

Unfortunately, as much as they love seeing your children, guest restrictions prevent Vera and Conor from extending invites to them for the wedding. Vera and Conor hope that you will still be able to join the wedding!

For all Swedish speakers - Gällande bröllopspresenter

Vera och Conor kommer inte att öppna register för bröllopspresenter, men önskar man ge något ändå får ni gärna bidra till deras bröllopsresa vintern 2023/2024. De ska då åka på en långresa till Sydafrika och uppleva safari och härlig natur. Joel och Jacob kommer att sätta upp ett bankkonto där man kan sätta in pengar som sedan överförs till brudparet efter bröllopet (Vera och Conor ser således inte vad var och en satt in). Mer information kring detta kommer vid senare tillfälle.
